David Lind, Principal, Broker of Record, has been in the Dental Industry for over 30 years, always focusing on the financial and business aspects of dentistry. During this time, he developed a strong understanding of the personal and professional needs of Dentists, particularly as they enter and exit the profession. David has also been an active Dental Industry volunteer. He received the prestigious Arbor Award from the University of Toronto for his Volunteer service to the Faculty of Dentistry.
He is a member of the Executive Commitee of the University of Toronto's Faculty of Dentistry's Alumni Fundraising Gala. He served on The Toronto Academy of Dentistry's Winter Clinic and Golf Committees, and on the Board of Directors of DIAC (Dental Industry Association of Canada), as Treasurer and then President.
Colin Ross, Partner, Sales Representative - Colin has 27 years of experience in the Dental Industry with the last 10 years successfully selling and valuing dental practices in Ontario. During this time he has developed a solid reputation for integrity and getting results. Colin is an advocate of preparing practices well in advance of selling, and finding a win win sale.
Colin looks forward to the privilege of utilizing his experience and personalized approach to meet the brokerage and valuation needs of the Dental Profession in Ontario. Colin is married with 2 children and enjoys golf and travel. Colin has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop’s University, an MBA from Schulich School of Business, and is a registered Real Estate Sales Representative.
Gerry Crandles, Partner, Sales Representative, Gerry has spent 29 years in the Dental Industry focusing on Practice start-ups, relocations and high tech equipment, winning numerous sales proficiency awards across North America. Gerry holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Western University and has the proven business development skills to provide valuable advice and practical solutions for Dental Professionals.
His extensive knowledge of the business aspects of Dentistry, coupled with his vast network of Dentists, accountants, lawyers, contractors and dental industry contacts will ensure he earns the trust and confidence of both Buyers and Sellers of dental practices.
Mike Suffield, Director of Professional Practice Sales in British Columbia, has enjoyed a 17 year career in the Dental Industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University and an MBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business. Mike has worked closely with Canadian Dentists, and other Healthcare Professionals, providing sound business advice relating to practice acquisition and equipment financing.
Demonstrating professionalism and integrity, he has developed long term relationships with clients, advisors and other stakeholders. Mike has strengthened his negotiating and analytical skills through years of experience and gained an understanding of the unique needs of Dental Proffesionals.
Linda OConnor, Licensed Real Estate Agent, has forty years of dental industry knowledge and experience; fifteen years in dental practices working from assistant to office manager, five years selling and training dental software and ten years selling high tech dental equipment throughout Western Canada.
Linda’s practical experience of the day to day operation of a dental office coupled with her knowledge of what the dental office of the future will be, and her extensive networks of dentists provide the perfect framework for Practice Sales and Evaluations.
Graham Ryan Tuck, 71, passed away very suddenly of a massive heart attack on February 13, 2014 at his wintertime residence in Boquete, Panama. He is survived by his beloved wife Val of 44 years, his son Andrew (Cathy) of Richmond Hill, his daughters Lara (Tyler) of Stouffville, and Jodi (Philippe) of Montreal, his grandchildren Gabrielle, David, Reid, Sydnee, Zoe, Chloe and Sierra.
